Eric Phillips is the founder and owner of Phillips Real Estate Services, LLC. Prior to establishing his own firm, Mr. Phillips was President of Capital Property Management, where he managed that company’s business operation, which included the physical maintenance and financial management of over 300 properties. Immediately preceding his association with Capital Property Management, Mr. Phillips was a Principal in the commercial real estate brokerage firm Gilman Commercial Realty, LLC, where he began his commercial real estate career over 22 years ago.
Mr. Phillips holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh and resides in Holmdel, New Jersey, with his wife and two children.
